A route for your apartment

Answer a short survey, and the app builds your renovation route for a new-build or resale apartment, a house or an office: stages in order, from the handover or inspection to move-in, with items, tips, what to photograph before it's covered and what it's time to order. Your team on the property

• Invite a designer and a contractor or foreman with a code or a link.
• The contractor marks the work and photographs hidden work before it's covered, and you accept the stage before the next layer or write remarks.
• The contractor doesn't see the budget: your money is your business.

After the renovation

The property moves to everyday living: documents, warranties, receipts and tasks stay at hand. The property passport is compiled from photos of product codes and paint cans: the app recognizes the brand, colour and batch, and exports to PDF and Excel. This is included in the free plan too.
