Your client sees the renovation in the app: stages, photos and your comments. You see all properties, agreements and approvals, without digging through messenger apps.
Client properties
- Up to five properties of your own on the “Team” plan, and one tap to switch between them.
- Create a property yourself and invite the client, or join the client's property with a code.
- Finished properties go to the archive and stay available for viewing.
Stages and photo records
- A renovation route by stage: what's done, what's in progress, what's next.
- Photos for stage items, both from the contractor and your own.
- Your items in the route: measurements, the layout, the kitchen design, the tile layout, the wiring plan and stage acceptance carry the “Designer” role, and if the survey answer to “Working with a designer?” is “Yes”, the route adds working drawings for the crew and a specification with lead times.
- Comments and remarks right on the item: “no wiring photos” won't get lost in the feed.
Approvals
The contractor sends work for approval, and it comes to you. Accept it yourself or pass it to the owner. The decision stays in the property's history: who approved what, and when.
Contractor and budget
Invite a contractor or foreman to the property: they see their items and mark the work. The contractor doesn't see the client's budget.
