On the property

• A list of the properties you've been invited to and the work items for each stage.

• Photograph hidden work before it's covered, with a tape measure in the shot: stages have items for this, and the client or the designer accepts the work before plaster, screed or boarding.
• Client and designer comments sit on the item they refer to.

Work approval

Send a stage for approval: the client or the designer accepts it or writes remarks. The decision is kept in the property's history, and you can come back to it at any time.

How to join

The client or the designer sends you an invitation code or link. The best plan among the property's members applies, so the contractor doesn't need to pay to take part.
